Updated 1 November 2008: Bishop Rasch is still in the ICU but is no longer on the ventilator. He is scheduled to remain in the hospital for at least two more weeks. He reminds us all to vote on Tuesday, as there are several propositions that could significantly impact our church community and its leaders and our Constitutional rights to practice religious freedom.
