The Annual Parish Meeting will be conducted on Sunday, 28 January, in the Parish Hall following Sunday Mass. The business to be conducted includes:

• Receipt of the 2023 Treasurer’s Annual Report
• Presentation and approval the 2024 Parish Budget
• Election of two members to the Vestry (current proposed nominees are Deacon Yeager and Gretchen Martin)
• Election of a 2024 Junior Warden
• Appointment of a 2024 Senior Warden
• Election of three Delegates and three Alternates to the 2024 Diocesan Synod (location to be determined)

Note that all are welcome to attend the meeting and discuss. To propose or vote on motions or elections, one must be a registered member of the Parish and at least 18 years of age. In addition, to serve on the Vestry, one must also be a Contributor of Record and regular in attendance. If you wish to propose a Vestry nomination from the floor, please ask the individual’s permission in advance to be certain they meet the bylaw requirements.
