Advent Retreat

St. Michael’s Orthodox Parish in Whittier has cordially invited our parishoners to join in their Advent Retreat, Saturday, 9 December, from 9 am to 3 pm. The retreat will be conducted by Fr. Thomas O’Dea, and the theme is Spirituality for Everyday Living. A signup is posted in the Parish Hall.

Ninth Annual Advent Mass with Lessons and Carols

On Sunday, 3 December, the Ninth Annual Advent Mass with Lessons and Carols will be celebrated at the 10 am service. Please join us for this wonder start of the season. Musical selections will include congregational hymns as well as choral pieces by Ley, Handel, Besig, and Mendehlssohn.
